Hi Folks!
Hope those celebrating the holidays had a Merry Christmas and a Happy Start to the New Year!
Ooops … Am I allowed to say that?
Personally I’m NOT a fan of having to be politically correct about most things. The world has WAAAAAAAY too many more serious problems to worry about than whether they’re allowed to say Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Solstice (I like that one Dean) OR Happy “Whatever” to someone who “thinks” they might be offended.
IF it’s a good natured greeting (whatever it is) … WHAT’S the problem? Why should anyone be offended? I’m not Jewish but if someone says Happy Hanukkah to me, I see no reason to take any offense as I’m sure it is well meant. NO reason to get bent outta shape over it. A friendly holiday greeting.
Sheesh … Let it go!!!!
But I had a really good laugh at Dean Hunt’s blog (DeanHunt.com). Checkout Dean Hunt’s blog post at => http://deanhunt.com/happy-whatever/
Nice way to C.Y.A. , Dean!
