Was looking at Scot Wingo’s eBay Strategies blog this morning and he had posted about PayPal’s upcoming payment review policy … basically a “24 hr hold” on payments to seller if something looks “phishy”.

I agree with his comments on this policy. How ARE they gonna let the “buyers” know why their product/service is gonna be delayed. THAT should cause some havoc between sellers and customers. AND with IMers that sell digital downloads and provide services (non tangible stuff) … Instant delivery could suffer.

Time will tell … As USUAL with PayPal.
