RI hasn&#039;t passed the law - YET. The letter from Amazon in my post is kinda of a warning email letting me know that IF it does pass here in RI then I WILL be terminated from their affiliate program.

The weird thing about the NC &amp; Hawaii thing is that I don&#039;t think NC or HI have actually passed their bills yet but Amazon seems to have taken a premptive strike at their affiliates in NC &amp; HI already.

NY already has passed their bill earlier this year and that is where Amazon &amp; Overstock have their lawsuits going against the state of NY.

So keep rooting for Amazon! ;-)
