The letter from Amazon in my post is kinda of a warning email letting me know that IF it does pass here in RI then I WILL be terminated from their affiliate program. The weird thing about the NC & Hawaii thing is that I don't think NC or HI have actually passed their bills yet but Amazon seems to have taken a premptive strike at their affiliates in NC & HI already. NY already has passed their bill earlier this year and that is where Amazon & Overstock have their lawsuits going against the state of NY.
