Overstock Files Lawsuit Against New York Tax Law

First Amazon.com files a lawsuit over New York’s attempt at an “end around” of the Federal Internet tax moratorium law and NOW Overstock.com is entering the “fray”.

THAT”S GREAT NEWS! Now we need to get a bunch more involved as this won’t just stop here if this law is allowed to stand. IF you are an affiliate marketer, you better be VERY concerned.
